Beginning the Journey Toward Traditional Nourishment


Hello and welcome to my blog! My name is Christiana and I am so thrilled to be joining the blogging community!

Never did I think that I would really start a blog, but I have stumbled upon an amazing group of people who are into traditional foods and cooking methods, mostly inspired by Weston A. Price (a dentist in the first half of the 20th century who studied primitive people whose lives, and more specifically diets had been untouched by Western Civilization) and the book Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon. I want to be a part of that community to learn tips, tricks, recipes, and get lots of help as I navigate through this new world of lacto-fermentation, grain soaking and so much more.
